M-emo

As if rednecks didn't have enough prejudices to worry about, they've found another one.

Idiot Pilot- Spark Plug

In Other News

Scratch Perverts released a mix album called Watch This Ride which I attained recently. Some quality tunes in an around the rap/electro/grunge categories. This one track would be my favourite from the session, in which Tomcraft's 'Lonelieness' is used brilliantly as the backdrop to some immaculate rhymes by Akala and Skinnyman.

Akala ft. Skinnyman- Shakespeare

It seems that i'm growing a collection of Global Underground releases. The most recent being the three disc album packed with quality smooth yet banging electro dance tunes. Advertisements for the album featured this next song, of which was all was needed to make their point of what masters of creating a VA album they are.

Gabriel & Dresden Feat. Jan Burton- New Path (Jim Rivers Remix) from GU Mixed

To finish a personal classic from my boys from Orbital. Since the lads broke up the partnership, Paul and Phil Hartnol have kept themselves busy with their own projects. Phil has launched his new group Longrange creating new softer tunes for the chilled massive. Paul has stayed closed to home and is still creating a beating industrial sound and is also set to appear at Electric Picnic under the name 'Paul Hartnol and the Ideal Condition'.

Orbital- Halycon (Live In New York)
